2. About Dennis Nokes

Dennis Nokes is a small independent UK business supplying trail cameras, garden wildlife cameras and outdoor camera accessories.

No company registration number is displayed because this website is currently presented as a small independent trading website rather than a registered limited company website.

3. Products and product information

The website may display trail cameras, 4G wildlife cameras, night vision cameras, solar panels, memory cards, mounting straps, protective boxes and related accessories.

Product descriptions, images, specifications and availability are provided to help you choose a suitable item. Small differences in colour, packaging, screen appearance or included accessories may occur depending on supplier updates or device settings.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended use, including camera placement, memory card compatibility, battery requirements, mobile network coverage for 4G models and outdoor conditions.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected goods. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or otherwise confirm that it has been processed.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before checkout or explained before payment is completed.

If a pricing, stock or product information error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact you to correct the issue, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery information, estimated timescales and available delivery areas will be shown during the ordering process or on the Delivery & Returns page.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders should normally be delivered within a reasonable time and no later than the period required by applicable UK distance selling rules.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, courier disruption, restricted access or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations and returns

If you are buying as a consumer online, you may usually cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods should be unused, complete, safely packaged and returned with any accessories, manuals and original packaging where reasonably possible.

We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if items are returned damaged, incomplete or with missing accessories.

You should avoid recording private areas where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as neighbouring gardens, windows, private paths or areas outside your control.

Products sold through this website are intended for wildlife watching, garden monitoring, farm use, field observation and similar lawful purposes. They are not sold as guaranteed security systems, professional surveillance systems or evidence-gathering devices.

9. Website use and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dennis Nokes is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profit or losses caused by misuse, unsuitable installation, poor signal coverage, incorrect settings or failure to follow product guidance.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
